Thanks Marija for addressing all of my concerns, and providing me with a helpful guide that answers all of my questions. I love the option of having the audio available to listen to while working out or driving. Now, it’s all up to me to follow your advise…let’s hope for a healthy pregnancy, but regardless, I have learned a ton about healthy living. Bettina M
