I was extremely lucky to be paired with Marija Helt. She was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. I had so many problems I was trying to figure out on my own with just the help of my good friend Google. Marija helped me straighten things out and wrote out a plan for me to focus on. This gave me hope that maybe I am not broken just on the wrong path. She helped me get back on the right path and it feels good. Literally. I feel so much better mentally, emotionally and Physically. I would greatly recommend this consultation for anyone who needs a little direction with supplements and nutrition especially.
